We live in a stress-filled world. Many of the consequences of being in stress on the human being includes, rampant addictive behaviors, lowered job productivity, illness and soaring medical expenses, senseless violence, widespread depression, and emotional breakdown. There is no specific situation in the modern days that causes stress to all people, but cities and city life, is magnified by it. What this project offers, in a city like Nazareth that it’s dense because of its lack of right urban planning and design, a mixed-use space, that contains, housing, working spaces, entertainment areas, educational institutions, and parks, all in a walking distance, in order to ease the stress that modern days cause.
