"Due to technological development and accelerated population growth, many forecasts predict the expansion of existing cities and the establishment of new cities, often at the expense of agricultural lands and rural villages, which are forced into the urban fabric. Therefore, we've chosen a site that is currently dealing with that issue. Kfar Azar is an agrarian moshav surrounded by the urban construction of neighboring towns, a construction that threatens to enter the moshav's area and change its rural nature and character in favor of residential towers. This project offers an alternative to the current plan. It will deal with the border between the village and town, the blurring of the existing boundaries, and the creation of an architectural system that merges rural and agricultural values with urban values of convergence and condensation."
