استنادًا على قصة حقيقية. في وسط تل أبيب تحديدًا يوجد شارع وفي وسطه يوجد مبنى، إنّه المبنى الأكثر نموذجية في المدينة. سيُعرض لكم مقطع روتيني من حياة المبنى وخمسة من النزلاء الذين يعيشون فيه. بناءً على طلب النزلاء، تم تغيير عمارة المبنى. كل شيء آخر سيُعرض بصورة مطابقة الواقع.
