The project deals with the urban block, Beit Havered in Givatayim, and the relationship between three urban objects that do not have mutual relations. The Phoenix Tower, Pelephone Building and Givatayim Theater. Through a cultural approach that places the theater at the center of the block, the project tries to turn the block into a fabric , from a collection of urban objects, to an urban stage where several hundred more stories take place.The project tries to take the theatrical experience that takes place in the theater, where we come to watch the story but we are also the story, and take it outside to the block. Givatayim Theater serves as a prominent cultural institution in the urban landscape, transforming the idea of the traditional theater into an urban stage. This architectural gem redefines the relationship between art, performance and the surrounding urban landscape.
