The project offers building a network of learning, that joins to the productive-creative character, unique to the craft area of Southern Tel-Aviv. The connection to local resources is in accordance with returning the forces of production and creation to man and community, combined with the innovation of production tools, and increasing the value of cooperation. The planning focuses on creating places for learning, culture, and leisure activities, both by reuse of buildings and building new ones compatible with the existing fabric. I believe that by creating diverse learning possibilities among all members of the community, it is possible to promote social and economic change of a place. The proposed planning creates an environment that encourages creative activity, innovation, and collaboration. The project aims to develop the space as a heterogeneous district that, alongside the densification of the area, allows the productive-creative class to stay, and sees it as an integral and desirable part of city's life.
