The project offers an alternative to a future urban model, addressing the demographic growth problem and city condensation. This condensation may influence the future fabric and quality of life in Israel. The project shows how it is possible to live crowded while maintaining the well being of residences. It is inspired by the Favelas in Brazil. This experimental model reinforces both the urban social aspects driven from residential needs and urban sustainability, dependant on residence participation. Improvement of the quality of life and creating new opportunities in the neglected open spaces in the neighborhood will help on the one hand to create a more diverse community life, leisure, commerce and culture, and on the other, will prevent residences from migrating into areas characterized by high rise residential towers.
