The increase in life expectancy and the high population concentration in cities are the two main phenomena affecting life in the twenty-first century. The project examines the connection between the two and the place of the urban space in the emerging new reality, focusing on a new phase of life that has been created – "second puberty" – after retirement and before old age. The project offers an alternative to conventional housing and allows new adolescents to experience life differently after retirement. It would be implemented by living in modern retirement communities scattered throughout the country – known as today's malls, which are expected to become redundant in the future following online commerce. The residence is temporary and limited to different periods of time. Each person or a couple will have a personalized capsule that will suit them and contain all their belongings. When moving, the capsule will be used as a storage compartment, and when living as a balcony. The case studied is Dizengoff Center, Tel Aviv. I converted the mall mostly into private and shared residences, and combined public functions such as a library, kindergarten and agricultural roof. Thus, allowing the new adolescents to work in a versatile work setting, which does not require prior professional knowledge and integrates the population of the area with the tenants. It is an innovative project facing the future. The "age revolution" requires us to change our point of view and think in future terms about the essence of life in adulthood, mainly when it comes to Generation Y and Generation Z who think and behave differently from their predecessors, in a world where change is an integral part of routine.
