The project proposes a new planning paradigm for the rapidly evolving urban realm: a physical framework deliberately detached from any fixed program, combining a rigid structural core with a variable system. The building is not a final product but an open platform – enabling flexibility, adaptation, and long-term evolution, while supporting the formation of an architectural fabric that responds to shifting needs, communities, and temporal conditions. This model aspires to create a living and open city, integrating diverse uses, encouraging human interaction, and strengthening a sense of belonging and continuity within the urban environment.
