The project offers a new perspective on urban renewal in a world where the urban reality continues to rise vertically. It envisions the revitalization of Herzliya’s historic core — along the section of Ben-Gurion Boulevard and Sokolov Street — through a planning approach based on mixed-use development, walkability, and sustainability, where urban nature serves as the unifying and generative element. The plan strengthens the axis as an active urban space and establishes a new civic hub that integrates housing, commerce, employment, and culture, reduces dependence on private vehicles, and connects the streets to a green boulevard and a renewed urban landscape. In doing so, it reinforces Herzliya’s urban identity, fosters a sense of belonging, and proposes an urban model that creates a dialogue between past and future.
