A plan proposing a physical and functional connection between Ramat HaHayal and the Bnei Brak industrial and commercial area through Yarkon Park, by identifying key connection axes and creating a continuous, active, and walkable urban system. The plan leverages the site’s strategic location to connect urban landmarks and communities while integrating existing transportation networks (Bnei Brak train station) and future systems (the green line and the metro). The vision is not only to reach the park, but to move through it, making it an integral part of the urban experience. It also responds to existing plans in the area and respects the environment in which it is embedded. In addition, the plan proposes a mixed-use development combining residential, employment, commercial, and leisure functions.
