“Green Lights" raises the issue of the suburban type in the reality of density and development. The project is in the northern part of TLV which differ in character from the rest of the city but is still aimed to be developed in a similar strategy: urbanistic. The intervention area selected is Pinhas-Rosen Street, a main thoroughfare in the north-eastern district, under the scenario presented in the relevant urban planning scheme; a metro station in its northern end and a light train station in the southern end which makes it the peak point of height and density planned in the district. The project offers planning relying on balancing four senses: space, privacy, movement and green, which eliminate the difference of the suburban figure and should therefore be anchors in formulating its adaptation to the new reality. The projects answers to traffic patterns and habits, spatial contacts and programmatic distribution along the axis. In addition, through the implementation of urban agriculture, the project will aim to formulate the suburban figure as a sustaining and productive community.
